All Babarf ™ meals are prepared in our facility in Bussigny-près-Lausanne. Each portion is prepared individually: the ingredients are cut and assembled according to the size and quantity adapted to each dog.

All portions are stored and delivered frozen, so our recipes never contain any preservatives or additives. The cold chain is respected throughout the entire process, from the receipt of raw materials to delivery to your freezer.

No. Carnivores are naturally equipped with a jaw that allows them to consume raw bones. Veterinarians frequently report accidents that have occurred as a result of eating cooked bones! Indeed, after cooking, the structure of the bone is modified and the bones break into sharp splinters. It is therefore totally forbidden to give cooked and naked bones. On the other hand, raw and fleshy bones are completely digestible and do not break in the same way. They are important in a dog's diet to ensure a phosphocalcic balance. Of course, it is important to choose bones of the right size for the dog.

The diet given to the dog is varied and respects the bone-meat proportions of a prey, as well as a small amount of fruits and vegetables. The idea of nutritional deficiencies in the BARF diet comes from obvious errors in the dosage of the various ingredients over the long term. The price includes raw materials, meal prepaportion (cutting, assembling and weighing of each daily meal for your dog), logistics related to the storage of portions specific to your dog, and delivery to your door, as well as the personalized follow-up you will benefit from throughout your subscription.

For a lower cost, you can prepare the portions yourself; only the cost of the materials will impact your budget. We recommend that you make sure that you receive quality information about the BARF diet, so that the portions are balanced.

By subscribing online to one of our subscriptions. We take care of the prepaportion of the meals, and then deliver them to you at the desired frequency.

Invoices are sent to you by email, and must be paid before delivery.

Deliveries are calculated to ensure you never run out of food, without overloading your freezer.

In French-speaking Switzerland, the majority of deliveries are made with our Dog Mobile, our delivery man will come directly to your home, on fixed days, during a time slot communicated the day before.

In the rest of the country, deliveries are possible by mail. Your portions will be sent to you in an isothermal parcel, and will arrive at your home before 9am on the agreed day.

Absolutely! You can pick up your order directly at the production site or at one of our collection points.

To do this, start by ordering your portions online by indicating the desired pick-up location, then simply go pick up your portions on the date we will have indicated to you, during its opening hours.

No worries! Tell us where to drop off the portions for safekeeping. We will then deposit them carefully and notify you when the portions are deposited. If the location is at room temperature, your portions can remain for a few hours without thawing before you pick them up.

However, if you wish to be delivered on another day in order to be present, you have the possibility to choose a delivery by La Poste on a chosen date. However, we would like to point out that these deliveries are partly charged to you (30 CHF) in addition to the subscription.

Any request for a postponement of a delivery, for example in case of a vacation, must be notified at least 10 days before the date of the next scheduled delivery.
